An AutoLeap alternative for small independent shops
ORAVA is a lower-cost alternative to AutoLeap for small independent auto repair shops: $99 a month or $990 a year for unlimited users, with text-to-approve estimates, two-way customer texting, repair orders, digital inspections, invoices, card payment links and an AI assistant included, a 14-day free trial and no contract. AutoLeap's published plans start at $199 a month, with two-way texting from its $349 Pro plan, and they add CARFAX, parts ordering and labor guides that ORAVA does not have.
Published prices side by side
Both companies publish their prices. The differences are the entry price, which plan includes two-way texting, and how you start: AutoLeap's FAQ says it offers a personalized demo rather than a free trial and mentions a one-time setup fee, amount not listed.

What ORAVA Auto includes for $99
ORAVA has one auto-shop plan with no per-user fees, so a two-bay shop and a five-bay shop get the same tools:
- Estimates approved by text. The customer opens a link, approves or declines each job and signs with a finger — no app, no account.
- Two-way customer texting. One inbox per customer, 500 texts a month, and automatic reminders for work a customer declined.
- Repair orders and a status board. Every car from waiting-on-approval to ready-for-pickup, with canned jobs, your labor rates and a printable technician worksheet.
- Digital vehicle inspections. Green, yellow and red items with photos and notes, shared with the customer by link; you can see when the customer viewed it.
- Invoices and payments. Close a repair order into an invoice, text a card payment link, or mark it paid however you take payment today.
- An AI assistant. It answers questions about your shop and prepares invoices and messages; nothing is sent until you confirm.
Where AutoLeap is the stronger choice
AutoLeap offers a broader set of connected tools, and some shops need what it has and ORAVA does not:
- CARFAX and integrated parts ordering — both on every plan, starting with Essentials. ORAVA tracks your stock but has no parts-ordering or CARFAX integration.
- Labor guides, fluid specs and maintenance schedules (Pro plan and up, some for an extra fee). ORAVA suggests labor hours from your past jobs and its shared job library; it is not a licensed labor guide.
- Technician and back-office tools — time and job clocks, employee performance reports, QuickBooks Online and integrated Google reviews. ORAVA has none of these today; your data exports to a spreadsheet anytime.
- An AI receptionist and enterprise plans — the AutoLeap AIR add-on is an AI receptionist ($99 a month), and an Enterprise plan serves multi-location groups. ORAVA has no AI receptionist.
Which one fits your shop
If your shop wants CARFAX, parts ordering, labor guides, accounting and technician time tracking connected in one system — or runs several locations — AutoLeap is built for that.
If you are an owner-operator or a small team with one to five bays, and you want estimates, approvals, inspections, invoices and two-way customer texts on the phone in your pocket for $99 a month, ORAVA is the simpler fit — and you can find out in a 14-day trial instead of a sales call. ORAVA is made in Woodbridge Township, New Jersey, by Aquila & Priscilla LLC.
Frequently asked questions
Is ORAVA cheaper than AutoLeap?
Yes, at list price. ORAVA Auto is $99 a month or $990 a year. AutoLeap's published plans start at $199 a month ($179 a month billed annually) for its Essentials plan, and two-way texting starts on its Pro plan at $349 a month, as checked on October 16, 2026.
Does ORAVA have a free trial?
Yes. Every new shop gets a 14-day free trial, with no contract. AutoLeap's FAQ says it does not offer a free trial and recommends a personalized demo instead.
Does ORAVA connect to CARFAX or order parts like AutoLeap?
Not today. ORAVA decodes VINs and tracks the parts in your own stock, but it has no CARFAX or parts-ordering integration. If those matter to your shop, AutoLeap includes both from its Essentials plan.
Can I run ORAVA from my phone?
Yes. ORAVA has iPhone and Android apps and runs in any web browser, so an owner can write an estimate, take inspection photos and send an invoice from the phone alone.
Can I take my data with me if I leave ORAVA?
Yes. Export your customers, vehicles, repair orders and invoices to a spreadsheet anytime. If a subscription lapses, the account turns read-only — nothing is deleted.
Who makes ORAVA?
