Export your data

Your data is always yours. ORAVA never holds a business hostage: you can take a full copy of everything, at any time, in one tap.

Export everything

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap Export my data. ORAVA prepares the file (Preparing your file…), then saves or shares it, depending on your device.
3. You get one spreadsheet workbook (.xlsx) that opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.

What's inside
One sheet per kind of record: contacts, vehicles, products, stock, sales and their lines, purchases, expenses, repair orders with their jobs and lines, inspections, bookings, properties, leases and tracked orders. Nothing is filtered and there is no row limit.

Who can export
Only administrators of the business. Every export is logged with who took it and when.

Even when your plan has lapsed
If your trial ends or your subscription stops, your workspace turns read-only — never blank. You can still open every record and export everything; a banner at the top of the app offers the export too. Reactivate any time and pick up exactly where you left off.
