Getting started with ORAVA

Welcome to ORAVA! Here is a good order to set up your business:

1. Your business — open Settings → Branding & Business Settings to set your business name, logo, colors and currency. They appear on your invoices and receipts.
2. Products — add what you sell with its price (and barcode if you use a scanner). Already have a list? Import / Scan adds many products at once.
3. Customers — add them in Contacts, or create them on the spot while you sell.
4. Team — invite your employees and give them roles, so everyone only sees what they need.
5. Sell — open the Point of Sale, or create an invoice from the Sales List.

Let ORAVA show you around

• Tap the lightbulb at the top of any page (What can I do here?). It tells you what the page is for and offers Show me, which points at the right button step by step.
• On Home, the Next jobs card lists what needs you now: overdue invoices, estimates waiting for an answer, items running low.
• Tap the round Assistant button on any page and ask in your own words — for example "show me today's sales" or "how do I send an estimate?".
