An estimate is a quote: nothing is owed until the customer agrees. Once approved, it becomes an invoice in one tap.

Create an estimate

  1. Open the Sales List, go to the Estimates tab and tap New estimate (or tap + at the bottom of any screen).
  2. Pick the customer, add the lines, set when it expires, and save. Estimates are numbered EST-0001, EST-0002…

Get it approved

  • Send — the customer receives a link to the estimate. They review it, then tap Approve (and sign) or Decline.
    • By email: included in every plan.
    • By text: included in the Growth plan and above. On another plan, ORAVA offers to send it by email instead.
  • Sign in person — the customer is with you? Open the approval page on your phone or tablet and hand it over to approve and sign.
  • Send via WhatsApp — opens your own WhatsApp with the link ready to send.

The status follows along: Draft, Sent, Approved, Declined or Expired. On Home, Next jobs reminds you of estimates still waiting for an answer.

Turn it into an invoice
Once approved, open the estimate and tap Convert to invoice. It gets the next INV number and you can get paid as usual.

Expired or changed?
Tap Resend to send it again. Resending creates a new link and the old one stops working, so the customer always sees the latest version.

💡 The Assistant can help too: on an estimate, tap Write a friendly follow-up for this estimate.
