An estimate app for contractors: quote it on site, get it approved by text

ORAVA Pros is an estimate app for contractors and service pros: you build the estimate on your phone during the walk-through, attach photos and text it. The customer opens the link, sees every line, and approves and signs on their own phone — no app to download. The approved estimate becomes the invoice, and you can send a payment link for a deposit or the full amount. ORAVA is free to start; approval by text is on the Growth plan, $49 a month for the whole crew.

Write the estimate while you are still on site

The best time to price a job is while you are standing in front of it. ORAVA puts the whole estimate on your phone:

  • Every line priced. Labor, materials and anything else, with the total worked out for you before you are back in the truck.
  • Photos attached. Show the cracked pipe or the worn shingles, so the customer approves what you saw and not just a number.
  • Optional lines. Offer the extra work as a line the customer can accept or decline.
  • An expiry date. Set how long the price holds, so an old quote does not come back months later.

Approved by text, signed on their phone

Send the estimate by text. The customer opens the link on their own phone, sees every line, taps Approve and signs — no app, no account, no printout. You see the approval in ORAVA right away instead of waiting for a call back tonight.

From yes to paid

Once the customer says yes, nothing has to be typed twice:

  • The estimate becomes the invoice. Same lines, same prices, nothing retyped and nothing forgotten.
  • A deposit or the full amount. Send a payment link for a deposit before you order materials, or for the whole job when it is done.
  • Cash or check, too. Mark it paid however you collect, and ORAVA keeps track of what is paid and what is still due.

Run the crew from the same app

Every walk-through and every job lands on one calendar the whole crew can see, so nobody double-books a Saturday. Messages with the customer stay on the job's record, not lost in someone's personal phone. And the whole thing runs on the phone in your pocket, so the office is wherever you are parked.

What it costs

ORAVA is free to start, and every new account gets a 14-day trial. When you want customers to approve by text, the Growth plan covers your whole crew for one price — every helper logs in under the same $49, with no per-user fees.

Frequently asked questions

Does my customer need to download an app to approve an estimate?

No. The customer opens a link in the text, sees every line, taps Approve and signs on their own phone. No app and no account.

Can I add photos to an estimate?

Yes. Attach photos from the job to the estimate, so the customer sees the problem you found next to the price.

Can I take a deposit before I start?

Yes. Send a payment link for a deposit or for the full amount, or mark the invoice paid if the customer pays cash or by check.

Does the approved estimate turn into an invoice?

Yes. The estimate the customer approved becomes the invoice, with the same lines and prices, so nothing is retyped.

How much does ORAVA cost for a contractor?
