A mobile POS app for small businesses, on the phone you already have
ORAVA is a mobile point-of-sale app for small businesses: you sell from a phone, tablet or computer, keep one product catalog with variants and stock counts that update as you sell, and take cash, a card payment link (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on the pay page) or a payment you collected another way. Invoices, estimates, bookings and customer texts live in the same app. The Free plan costs nothing; Starter is $19 a month and Growth $49 a month, with a 14-day free trial.
What a mobile POS means in ORAVA
There is no register to buy and no separate back-office program. The same account runs on the counter tablet, the phone in your pocket and the computer in the office:
- One catalog with variants. Sell a shirt in each size and color as one product, each combination with its own stock.
- Stock that counts itself. Every sale takes the item off the shelf count, low-stock alerts warn you before you run out, and supplier purchases add it back.
- Receipts. Print a receipt, or use the full-page A4 or Letter invoice template when a customer needs a proper invoice.
- Selling without a connection. Sales made while you are offline are queued on the device and sync when the connection returns.
How your customers pay
At checkout you pick one of three ways. Cash. A card payment link, which you text to the customer or show on your screen, where they pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Or paid another way, for anything you collected outside ORAVA.
ORAVA does not sell card-reader hardware. If you already have a card terminal from your bank or processor, keep using it: take the card on your terminal and record the sale in ORAVA as paid another way, so your stock and your sales stay right.
Restock from a photo
With Scan / Import, take a photo of a supplier receipt or of the goods themselves. ORAVA's AI reads the items, matches the ones you already stock and proposes the quantities; from a receipt it also prepares the purchase with its cost and supplier. You check the list before anything is saved.
More than a cash register
The sale is one part of the day. The same app also handles the rest:
- Invoices and estimates for customers who pay later, so you always know who still owes you.
- Bookings and a shared calendar for appointments, classes or pickups.
- Customer texting with every conversation kept on the customer's record.
- A public website with your products and services, built from the same account.
Plans and prices
Every plan includes the point of sale and inventory. You pay for more users, more products, text messages and the AI assistant — not for each register.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need special hardware to use ORAVA as a POS?
No. ORAVA runs on a phone, a tablet or a computer you already own. ORAVA does not sell card readers; if you have your own card terminal, take the card there and record the sale as paid another way.
How do customers pay by card?
You text them a card payment link or show it on your screen. They pay on the pay page by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and the sale is marked paid.
Can I keep selling if the internet goes down?
Yes. Sales made while offline are queued on the device and sync automatically when the connection comes back.
Can I sell products in different sizes and colors?
Yes. A product can have variants, such as size and color, and each variant keeps its own stock count.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes a basic point of sale and inventory for 2 users, 100 products and 15 invoices and estimates a month. Starter is $19 a month and Growth $49 a month, and new businesses get a 14-day free trial.
Does ORAVA work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. ORAVA has apps on the App Store and Google Play and also runs in any web browser, so the counter computer and your phone share the same catalog and sales.
Who makes ORAVA?
ORAVA is made by Aquila & Priscilla LLC, an independent software company in Woodbridge Township, New Jersey.
