The Guide: what can I do here?

ORAVA has a guide built into every page, so you never have to hunt for a button.

The lightbulb
Tap the lightbulb at the top of the screen (What can I do here?). A sheet opens with:

• what this page is for, in one sentence;
• the main jobs you can do here, each with a Show me button;
• a Did you know? tip and, once you know a job, A faster way to do it.

Show me
Tap Show me and ORAVA dims the screen and points at the right button, one step at a time. Tap Got it to close a hint.

Hints that fade
ORAVA notices which jobs you have mastered. Do a job on your own twice and its hints step back — the sheet marks it You've done this — tap for a refresher. Want them all back? Open the sheet and tap Show me again.

Next jobs on Home
The Next jobs card on Home lists what needs you now, depending on your business: overdue invoices to chase, estimates waiting for an answer, cars ready to hand back, booking requests to confirm, items running low. Tap a row to open exactly that list.

Ask the Assistant
You can also open the Assistant and ask "what can I do here?" — it knows which page you are on and can offer the same Show me walkthrough.
