The receipt editor decides what every printed receipt and invoice looks like, with a live preview as you type.
- Open Receipt Templates in the menu.
- Pick a Template style:
- Thermal (POS), Compact, Minimal or Classic — for counter receipts, on an 80 mm thermal roll or on paper.
- Professional (A4) — a full-page invoice with your letterhead, a Bill to block, numbered lines and a payment section. Best for service clients and businesses that pay by transfer or check.
- Choose the Paper size, then fill in the header, the footer message and which details to show (tax breakdown, payment method…).
- For the Professional template, add your Business address, Business phone and Website for the letterhead, and your Payment instructions (bank details, "checks payable to…", terms). ORAVA prints them in the PAYMENT section, followed by the invoice number for the customer to quote.
- Save. The next print uses it straight away.
QR code and receipt link
Turn on Show digital access QR code. Every receipt then carries a QR code, with its link printed underneath for receipts shared electronically. It opens that invoice online — read-only, no login — where the customer can download or print it, and pay the balance when one is due and online payments are set up. The link never expires.
Printing
Open any invoice and tap More → Receipt. Estimates print the same way from the estimate page, titled ESTIMATE with their EST number.
