Delete your ORAVA account

This page explains how to delete your account and data in ORAVA (listed in the app stores as ORAVA, formerly AKILI / Akili Workspace), the business management app developed by Aquila & Priscilla LLC.
1 Delete your account in the app
- Open ORAVA and sign in.
- Open your profile (tap your initial at the top of the screen, then My Profile).
- Choose “Delete my account” and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.
2 Request deletion without the app
Email support@useorava.com from the email address of your account, with the subject “Delete my ORAVA account”. We confirm the request with you and delete the account within 30 days.
3 What is deleted
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your password and sign-in details
- Your profile photo
- Your access to every business workspace you belonged to
4 What is kept, and for how long
- Business records: sales, invoices, purchases and customer records belong to the business you worked in and stay with that business. Some may show the user name of the person who recorded them.
- Records required by law: invoices, payment and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires.
- Backups: deleted data is removed from rotating backups within 30 days.
- Logs: security and technical logs are kept for up to 12 months.
5 Delete a whole business
If you own a business workspace and want it and all of its data deleted, email support@useorava.com from the owner's email address. You can export your data first from the app. After we confirm the request with you, the workspace and its data are deleted within 30 days, except the records the law requires us to keep.
A workspace whose subscription is cancelled is kept for 90 days and then permanently deleted.
6 Delete some data without deleting your account
You can ask us to delete specific data — for example your profile photo, your phone number, or a customer record — and keep your account. Email support@useorava.com and tell us which data. We reply within 30 days. Business administrators can also delete contacts, products and other records themselves in the app.
